  • Please notify us of any payments made by leaving a message and submitting payment confirmation with it.

Goods delivery

  • We will deliver your purchase the same day if it is received before 16.00 WIB (Indonesia Only).
  • If the deadline is missed, we will handle it the next day.
  • We will arrange the delivery of products within office hours (if there is a National Holiday on that day, we will process it the next day).
  • Make certain that the address you use is accurate and correct. We are not liable if the product does not arrive due to inaccurate address writing. Please get in touch with us to explore your best alternatives.

  • Purchased items are non-refundable (except under certain conditions)
  • Goods purchased can be exchanged for other items as long as the value of the new item is equal to or greater than the value of the last item.
  • Items must have tags attached to them in order to be returned. Please enclose the original packing slip with the returned item, and ensure that your purchase number and name are clearly printed.
  • We do not accept returns for products that have been worn, washed, or are damaged.

Damaged Goods Claim

  • Before opening the box, there must be documentation in the form of videos or pictures.
  • A detailed photo or video of the affected area is necessary.
  • We only allow an 24-hour period after receiving information from the expedition that the items have been received to submit a complaint.
  • We do not accept claims for damage to products caused by the buyer’s or the courier service’s carelessness.
